You can return all items purchased in the Florenzia.online  shop within 14 days with the enclosed DPD return label of 2.99 euros per package within Germany, provided the goods are complete and in an unused and undamaged condition.

An exchange is excluded.

In order to ensure that your return can be processed quickly, we ask you to return the item to us in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage due to defective packaging.
