1. Delivery

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for dispatch immediately. The delivery takes place at the latest within 5 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract has been concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day. (2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer only when the item is handed over to the buyer.

2. Shipping costs

We only ship to the Federal Republic of Germany. The amount of shipping costs depends on the chosen shipping method and amounts to 6.45 EUR (incl. Applicable VAT). Deliveries of over 89 euros are free of charge.

3. Payment

The consumer has the option of paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

4. Returns

You can return all items purchased in the Florenzia.online e shop within 14 days with the enclosed DPD return label per package within Germany, provided the goods are complete and in an unused and undamaged condition.
An exchange is excluded.
In order to ensure that your return can be processed quickly, we ask you to return the item to us in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage due to defective packaging. Please also note that returned items will only be accepted if the goods are still provided with the original label.
You have the option of returning your package to a DPD parcel shop. The reimbursement is made in the same way as the payment and is a maximum of 14 days.
